Blending your oats??

Hi guys & gals!!
I've just started a new meal plan today which has been personalised for me, I start work early at 6:30am my first meal before then is oats with water & a scoop of whey protein, finding it hard to eat anything that early I've decided to blend the oats, water & whey so I can just down it!! So the question is which sounds probably stupid would it make a difference me doing this?

You don't have to eat breakfast if you don't want to...0

I blend my oats and everything else for breakfast. Like u I can't really eat until later on but if I need some energy I'll just blend everything0

If you do not feel like eating before work at 6:30 am, eat a few hours later. Think of it as a pre-lunch snack if you want.
(No reason to force yourself to eat something at the moment you wake up.)1 -
Instead, I grind/blend Chia, and Flax Seeds.0
