If it fits your calorie goal, you can eat whatever you want and still lose/maitain weight.

I'm trying to discrease my coffee intake (I'm a coffee junkie lol) and I substituted it with green tea (unsweetened). I feel very well and I think it reduces my appetite as well.

I chew sugar free gums for that purpose, but my jaw hurts these days a lot, so I might change it up with candies

Sounds really good, but that's too much calories for me. My favourte toast is: wholewheat bread slices x2 (140 cals) + turkey breast fillet x2 (40 cals) + light cheddar cheese slices x 2 (80 cals) = 260 calories, and it's delicious!
