Is this even correct? / Calorie count help

Hello, guys
I really need help with calories of this thing
and on nutrition fact says:
per serving=95kcal
per 100gr=147kcal
and the cup is 65gr. (dry)
So what, the whole cup when I add water is only 95kcal? Am I wrong? But isn't that too low for noodles? In the cup they're very tiny, thin and small, I tried to log it in MFP, and when I search it, it also says 95kcal per container, but still I'm not sure?
Also inside there is small package with seasoning.

I found noodles and label says 90 calories for 60 grams = 1 block
The noodles are in round blocks
And i wonder about it too. I emailed the seller now and waiting for an answer. But was browsing over the site and found some other noodles too that low and others much higher.
So who knows.
But yes when you read yours it should be 95 calories when it is one serving.0 -

I would go with the 95 cals. Is this something you eat everyday or just once in a while ( I love them . I don't use the seasoning packet though )
If you eat it everyday then I would be more concerned with the calorie count. But if its just once in a while , then I wouldn't get too worked up over it .0 -

I don't eat them everyday usually, but at least once a week. (Sometimes maybe twice?) Because I work late, and when I go home I'm starving and I need to eat something fast, and they're ready for 3 mins.

You got this correct answer right off the bat. 100 grams has 147 calories. The package is 65 grams. 147 cals x .65 = 95 cals.
And if preparing it means adding water, preparing it won't change the calories. 95.0 -
That is very low for 65 grams of wheat flour and palm oil. Unless the package says explicitly how many servings the container contains (and the water does change the weight even though it doesn't change the number of calories per pack, thus making it possible to get an indefinite number of servings from one package), you're in the dark. This is normal practice for noodle packs (and to varying extent for other foods that you are supposed to add something to; it's deceiving, at best). If you don't eat them very often, it's no big deal. But you could estimate calories - 63 grams of wheat flour and 2 grams of oil, this will be more close to (222+18=)240 calories, and then there's the seasoning bag.0

WELL, the numbers *seem* to add up to 95 KCal per cup but I'm still skeptical.
Can you take a photo of the nutrition label, and where it says the weight per cup ?0 -

I know it seems low and it worries me, but also the noodles are really thin and they don't expand that much after adding watter so it's pretty small portion0 -
The numbers don't sound right. According to the MFP database, the macros for 100g of Mr. Park Express Cup are:
Fat 5.4g
Protein 4.9g
Carbohydrate 28.8g
kcal 147
There are 4kcal per gram of protein or carbohydate, and 9kcal per gram of fat. 5.4*9+4.9*4+28.8*4 = 183kcal, not 147.
I'd also be skeptical about the fact that the combined weight of the fat, protein and carbohydrates adds up to just 5.4+4.9+28.8 = 39.1g of every 100g of the dried product. Sure, there might be a tiny bit of water, salts etc. that result in the product being heavier than the sum of the big 3 macros, but that ratio seems way off - what's making up the other 61g?
So the posted macros are probably wrong, yes.0 -

This FDA report (5) says that water is included in the ingredients list if it is part of a reconstituted food, so the 100 kCal/portion is probably right and 65 grams includes water.
Can you weigh the dry product outside of the container ? I'll guess it weighs around 15 grams.0 -

That the blocks are indeed dry 90 calories
That it is wheat and water only ( so non fried) and low in sodium. And that they have a whole wheat too which is more calories but still very reasonable to me.
Looking and calculating the macros it is indeed right, for me the question was only is this cooked or uncooked ( there was Chinese behind the English and i didnt want to take the chance that i was hundreds off specially because there are days i eat 2 blocks of them and 2x90 or 2xover 300 calories would be too much difference)
But yes it is 60 grams uncooked so really 1 serving = 1 block (dry) / 60 grams and is 90 calories
Happy me.
