i find "intimo" bras are the best to use. www.intimo.com.au infact, since i started using intimo, i choose not to wear any other brand bras.. berlei have a great supportinve range too :)

great idea.. Removed any scales you have from your home. Weigh in at the gym, or at family or friends house on the monthly basis.

i have a heart rate monitor, level 1 with 1kg hand weights (im 80kgs/177lb).. & i burn about 150 cals

when working out i aim for 500+ burn. Usually i burn between 500 & 800 each session. i "rarely" eat them back. Only if my body "needs" them.. If i have a day when Im really hungry, I'll eat into them.

my main tip is....... DO MORE COOL DOWN STRETCHES THAT JILLIAN GIVES YOU... If you dont you are going to be extremely sore.... Once i started to incorperate extr cool down stretches, it really helped.. For a 20 minute workout, its great... enjoy

i will be enjoying my christmas. But i will LOG every bite & every drink and even though i will be relaxed about my eating, I will still give myself a HIGH calorie limit to TRY and stick to............. i love the eliptical... i tend to go to the gym around the time that the "ellen degeneres" show is on... i plug in my ear phones and exersise while LMAO.. my time goes sooo fast.. :-) i must look "special" exersising and laughing away

i bought the Polar FT4 (pink) a few weeks back. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it, its keeps me motivated and pushes me to not only work out, but to work out harder to try and stay "in the zone".. I too, was overestimated (and sometimes id underestimate..to be on the safe side). love that i dont have to do that anymnore
