hi i try to have protien at every meal and most snacks. This can often be difficult at breakfast, as i tend to have multigrain oats/porridge. Ive been mixing whey vanilla protein into my oats, some times i mix a scoop into my yoghurt..IS THIS OK?? or am i best just to mix it with water and have it separate to the food...
