im also addicted to greek yoghurt (chobani 0%fat) approx 100cals per serve . so i have stopped buying the large 900gram tubs & started buying the smaller individual tubs of 170grams. it worse out "slightly" more expensive, however It helps me stay in control

it was recommended to me to eat every 1.5-2 hours, portion sizes are roughly the size of palm.... its the best thing ive done, i dont eat MORE. but i tend to split meals... eg... i'll have 1/2 my breakfast at 730am & the other half at 9am... half of my lunch might be at 12pm & theother half i'll eat at 1330.. and so on...…

i lost most of my weight not working out.... however, i now workout 5-6days per week & even though the scales have barely budged, my body shape has changed, i hve muscle & my measurements are decreasing. its not an essentail part of losing the weight, but it has definatly made me feel SO much better about myself! good luck…

oh god i needed this... I am only 1kg lighter than i was this time last year.. i work out alot. strenght training and cardio.. i will admit, i dont think ive been eating enough, but i have seen the light..... it is frustrating but even though im pretty much the smae weight, ive dropped a dress size.. so i cant complain...…

not sure exactly what your asking??? but i think that burn is fine... how much you burn depends on your personal details.. age, weight, effort put in & fitness level.... i may burn more or less then you in the same class?? as long as your personal details are correctly inputted into your HRm, dont worry about comparing…

i quit smoking when i fell pregnant with my daugher... she is now 9... i would be lying if i said i still didnt have a craving every now and then... particulary when i drink alchohol i have "rarely' had a puff..... but its actually quite disgusting for me now.... i still LOVE the smell when a cigarette is first lit.........
