There is a spreadsheet by heybales that includes HRM settings on here - try the search.0 -
It depends how vigirous you're working I suppose. I wouldn't say any calorie burning is too much though? I don't get that.

not sure exactly what your asking??? but i think that burn is fine...
how much you burn depends on your personal details.. age, weight, effort put in & fitness level....
i may burn more or less then you in the same class??
as long as your personal details are correctly inputted into your HRm, dont worry about comparing your burn to other s:)0 -
According to my BodyBugg, I burn around 500 cal/hr when doing Zumba.0

We are all different - if you are trying to control your weight - either gain, lose or maintain and are worried the Zumba calorie burn is too high, then just eat a portion of the exercise calories back. If it doesn't work the right direction/ - just add/subtract food calories to get you to the right place on Zumba days.
We are all learning...0 -
How many calories you burn during any given exercise depends on a lot of factors. First your age, gender and weight are the biggest factors. Next is how hard you exercise. It makes sense that an older, overweight person would use a lot more calories than a younger more fit person would use. Do not compare the calories used to anyone else. Your burn will alway be different.0
