i started with MFP in feb 2011. In that time ive lost 28 kilos.. Most of that 28 kilos was lost in the first 6 months. Then i started frequenting the MFP "website".. where i learned that i was "appreently in starvation mode" & was undereating, as i wasnt netting 1200.. i tend to plan my meals a day or two in advance. i find that stay on track easier this way and can ensure that i have all the ingreditent required for all my meals. I always leave extra calories, for things that i "fee'" like eating on the day..

i always work out minimum of 5 days, but aim for 6 days

i dont see the point in lying about what i eat, by not logging it, the only person im lying to is myself & it becomes evident on the day i weigh myself.. the only thing i dont log correctly is water, I drink well over the 8 cups per day & most of the time I wont log it...

what ticks me off the people that dont use deoderant prior to there workout..... the people that make LOUD grunting noises the men who spend more time looking and themselves in the mirror than workin out (hah.. good for a laugh though)

i was really sore whn i first started to, i stared to add my own cool down stretches, i dont think jillian has enough (for me), once i added the extra stretches the pain got better :)
