It's really hard to tell by just an ab picture, haha. But I'll guess 24?

Working, but luckily I'm super at multitasking!

Thanks!

I'm happy to be amongst a bunch of quitters! I started smoking when I was 17/18 (now 27) after swearing up and down I'd never be like my friends. I stupidly started up and started and stopped several times. The first when I joined the Army Reserves; I quit for 6mos. Then I started back up. I quit when I got…

18 days, 3 hours, 26 minutes and 7 seconds smoke free. 181 cigarettes not smoked. $54.00 and 1 day, 9 hours of your life saved. Your quit date: 11/24/2011 6:00:00 PM  I quit cold turkey Thanksgiving night. I knew I needed to, but I kept making excuses..work, bills, stress, I was losing weight, etc. But I decided I…

Hi everyone! I was going to post something similar so I figured I'd just respond. Thursday will be three weeks smoke free and I am RAVENOUS all the time! I'm not mindless snacking to fill the void..I'm actually hungry all day long. I'm not used to this and I don't like it! I've been avoiding the scale since Thanksgiving.…

I'm not the typical story.. as soon as my friend got me a few hours after surgery we were eating out for lunch, shopping, and getting pedicures! I don't recommend that though, I just have an insanely high pain tolerance after having my daughter. I only needed pain pills for two days and I didn't have any side effects. Try…

It's hard to narrow down, but top two off hand would be Dumb and Dumber and Stepbrothers. Elf is another, I always watch it when it's on TV even though I own it!

The weirdest thing I've noticed is when I say I've lost 36lbs, people tell me they didn't realize I even had that much weight to lose! I guess I don't get that, I was at the top of my BMI but no one thought so.

A few people have told me I look like Rob Zombie's wife Sheri Moon which I'll gladly take!
-
You're SO pretty! Congrats on your success!

It is my understanding an increase in appetite during TOM is due to your slightly elevated metabolism during. I definitely notice that I'm a little hungrier.
-
I would like to walk around not having to suck in my stomach.
-
I personally don't think drinking flavored waters is a bad thing if it gets your daily need in, my problem is I don't like Mio. The sweet tea was disgusting. If we spent everyday avoiding the things bad for us, we'd be stuck at home living in a bubble

Definitely trying this when I locate some almond flour! My grocery store doesn't carry it, I'll have to look around.
-
You would still be in a deficit, so once in awhile is perfectly fine in my opinion.

I love olives, I could eat an entire jar of black olives in one sitting. I don't think there is a correlation. It's an acquired taste!

We were both at the same wedding party, and later the same bar. We have mutual friends but never crossed paths until that night. That was a year and a half ago, and we've been inseperable ever since!
-
I'm not very photogenic, but here's me!
-
False alarm, I still have cankles. :frown: This water weight can go any time now!! How's everyone else doing?
-
Ugh, I lied. Still retaining water like crazy! My cankles are completely out of hand. I hope things even out by Friday, I have a Christmas party to go to. I'll be having steak and veggies, yum!
-
I had a carb heavy three days last week, and I felt awful! I was so full of water, I just finally got my ankles and fingers back! It's definitely not worth it, but it is nice to eat normally once in awhile with friends and family. I haven't checked out the damage on the scale yet, I'm waiting a couple more days. My…
-
My body does this too! It stinks :frown: I am happy to report my cankles are finally gone!
-
Some days I am. I'll usually do a 30 minute workout so I can eat a little more. I hate going to bed hungry and avoid it at all costs.

Have healthy non-perishable food items on hand, and when you have to eat out choose salads with light dressings or grilled chicken sandwiches w/ no mayo. It'll probably get boring, but you can make it work! Can you keep a cooler in your vehicle? You could pack sandwiches and other healthy options to take a break from…

Definitely! When I wasn't logging cals I was eating too little and frustrated I kept gaining and losing the same 4lbs. I upped my cals to at least my BMR, and I started to lose steadily.
-
This! I suck mine in constantly to avoid looking a few months pregnant. Due to genetics, I'm not entirely convinced even at my goal weight I'll be able to stop. :frown:
-
I still haven't checked the damage! I was not pleased with my choices Thurs-Saturday. So I'm giving myself a good solid week of doing well before I peek at the scale. Knowing how my body is, I'm up at least 5lbs, but probably more. I still have cankles 3 days later! Sheesh. We'll all be back to normal in no time.

This is me! I had mine removed almost 2 years ago at an Army hospital. I haven't had any problems, and wish it had made me more regular. I attribute needing mine out from genetics and gaining and losing the same 30lbs for years.
