I burn much more than what mfp says I do. mfp is just an average so it's only accurate for some.

You have a beautiful smile! And I love your ticker!

Matthew Sanders from Avenged Sevenfold. ETA: The picture I wanted wouldn't work ugh.

My ex husband liked to call me fat and lazy. I was a stay at home mom raising our daughter during constant military deployments. I wasn't even THAT big. But whatever made him feel better..I eventually got strong enough to leave the jerk.

I'm a big fan. A Perfect Circle makes my top five favorite bands for sure!

Same for me. I could probably get lower but it would be way too hard. I have a medium build.

I was desperate for a job..just left my husband, had a daughter to take care of..I applied to McDonald's and Walmart as a last resort. I'd applied to so many jobs but in my small town, no one was hiring. I interviewed for McDonald's and the day I got offered a job as fry girl Wally called me for an interview. They hired me…

I just signed up and I only waited a couple days. It's so much fun!

I'm not at all! I'm not going to log Thursday or Friday, but I'm not going to go hog wild. Through my experiences I've gained a better relationship with food and no longer need to stuff myself to the brim like I'm used to doing.
-
Yes, change your settings. When you're that close to goal eating too little doesn't work in my experience. Try upping them gradually, good luck!

This excites me!!

Do you have a Plato's Closet? They have cute name brand used clothes that are affordable. I agree with the others, don't give up because you're afraid you won't have anything to wear! I'd rather be swimming in my clothes and healthy, than in cute bigger sized clothing and unhealthy! Do you have any options to earn a little…

I don't care for exercising either. I can't get to the gym (cost + daughter) and I find working out with exercise dvds in front of the tv boring. I do enjoy walks, but now it's winter and I can't get myself out there to walk during this time. I think I'd enjoy walking on a treadmill in front of the tv catching up on shows,…

I'm glad you liked the banana mim! Banana bread is my weakness, so I'm glad to have found something comparable!

I never did induction strictly since I didn't have much to lose, but I've been very happy with the results I see sticking around 25-30g net carbs. I average .5-1lb a week.

At 30lbs heavier I was in a 11-12, and now at 158 I'm in 8-10. I don't think I'll ever be smaller than a size 8 unless I remove bone!

It's happened! I was out last Saturday and a stranger goes, "You're tall!" as I was walking by. Thank you captain obvious!!

Haha I just realized my predictive text snuck one past me, I meant wisened obviously. I guess my advice is to put your BMR amount into your goals as a minimum since 1000 less than your TDEE is below that. See how that goes! Just make sure to update it as you lose weight.

I had stretch marks from growth spurts around my knees, but mostly mine came from pregnancy. I've lost 61lbs since my highest weight, and my stretch marks could form a map to California! They have faded but I'm still self conscious. My boyfriend says he barely notices them, so I have to be fine with that.

Here is MFP's link to find your BMR: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/tools/bmr-calculator

You don't have to eat more than your BMR, but you should at least net it! If you eat a bit above your BMR you're still at a deficit. My opinion is that it's more obtainable to eat a deficit closer to your TDEE for lasting success.

I ate below my BMR and had very little weight loss. I started eating at my BMR and started losing almost a lb a week. Which is great considering I'm so close to goal. I'm so glad I widened up before I killed my metabolism! ETA: I eat my exercise calories back as well, some days I gross upwards of 1900 calories.I just upped…

I was 10lbs heavier on my way to 20lbs heavier. It was winter (I tend to get lazy during the winter) and I hadn't gotten settled from some huge life changes. Also I'd wake up in the middle of the night to see my boyfriend since he worked 2nd shift, and we'd stuff our faces. I wasn't at my heaviest weight, but I knew I had…

Fantastic news! I'm finally recovered from two weekends ago, and I've lost another pound.

I found them on this website http://blog.yourlighterside.com/2009/05/gluten-free-low-carb-buns-aka-oopsie.html, but it looks like you can find it on dittiepe's blog too!

Most welcome  Have a great weekend everyone! I lost a lb; I've been waiting 2 weeks for that. So I'm definitely motivated to behave.
