Yes! Just add yourself to the list :-)

Mine would be 193 by that calculation, I think I've hit high 180s on my HRM. I'd like to do some sort of test though to see what my true max is, so I can input it correctly into my HRM.

Updated! Finally back to where I was 2 weeks ago. Talk about a stall! Excited to see 158 in my near future

Before my HRM I logged it as general aerobics since I use 3lb weights the whole time and it's more than just a fast walk for me. MFP actually calculated low, but everyone is different!

One of my best friends growing up was an inch taller than me, but all my other friends were and are shorter. My mom is my best friend; she's taller.

Walking is my favorite exercise, so when I can't get outside I love her videos! I get a great workout from it. When I was shedding the weight I gained in college living off burritos and ramen, I lost 30lbs over the summer doing WATP, outdoor walking when it wasn't too hot, and eating better. It's all what you put into it!

Hi everyone! I over ate two weekends ago, and I'm STILL trying to get back to the weight I was prior. So hopefully tomorrow I see that number again. Still on track with my increased calories, I could never go back to only eating 1200! My mood is great and I'm never ravenous. I'm slacking on my workouts, but I'm trying to…

I finally made oopsie rolls! They cradled my very delcious bacon cheeseburger tonight!

I'm not sure how the sizes run on Vanity jeans, but they are my favorite! They have 35-37 inch inseam! I used to get Silvers before they jacked up the price. My bum looked amazing in them  I don't like how Old Navy jeans fit me!

Woohoo! I window shopped the other day and found two pairs I wanted; one for work and a pair of boots. I'm still playing catch up from being out of work for a couple months, but I'm definitely ordering online. Thanks for all the tips!

I'm curious how quickly you'll lose the last 9 with that plan.. Not to be rude but that's not very many calories to fuel your body.
-
I'm 27, 159lbs, net 1540 daily and eat back most of my exercise calories.

My burns are always high too, it makes me question it. The other day I walked 4 miles at a 4.0mph pace and I burned 596 cals. I hate not trusting this expensive piece of equipment! I always check and double check that I have it set up correctly. ETA: I have a Polar FT7.

To add, when I'm at goal I plan to only count carbs to see if I can maintain that way. If weight creeps back on I'll have to start tracking again. I don't want to be a slave to calorie counting forever!

Yup! I'm not doing myself any favors netting low.

It varies throughout the week, anywhere from 6-10 hours depending on the day. Sleeping is my favorite pastime!

I have yet to find an exercise I actually enjoy doing. I tolerate walking, but I prefer a walking buddy to going alone and I don't have one. So my journey has been mostly diet. I just try to get up and move, clean, take stairs, park in the back, etc as much as possible. I can't wait to be able to get a treadmill, then I…

I'm big into wraps right now. I get the Mission Carb Balance whole wheat variety. Wrap Scrambled eggs with hot sauce mixed in Bacon (turkey or regular) crumbled in Shredded cheese Sour cream Wrap Shredded or cubed cooked chicken Seasonings Shredded lettuce Shredded cheese Guacamole or avacado Salsa Sour cream Check out…

I was netting 1200 and below and gaining and losing the same 3lbs for months. I wanted to lose 2lbs a week so I did what MFP told me to do. Not being super savvy, I didn't realize that goal wasn't realistic for me being close to goal. I upped my cals to my BMR level (netting that and grossing upwards of 1900 some days)…

I keep forgetting to make chili! Mmm. I may have one upped the lemon mim, tonight I added banana extract, 2Tbs chopped walnuts, and topped it with cream cheese frosting! Oh man, it's soooo good! I walked 4 miles yesterday and ate really well..and gained a lb! I'm getting so discouraged. I know it's not actual weight I've…

I was completely gung ho for about a month, then the novelty wore off. It's currently collecting dust! There are days I think about doing it, but I have to move my living room around, get everything out, and it's more work than just putting in a DVD. But it is very fun  I would rather have a Kinect.

Anybody try anything really tasty lately? I'm looking for new ideas!
-
I'd like to hibernate this winter! But since I can't I'm going to do my best to do my at home workout DVDs. I really hope to get a treadmill or elliptical soon! I know I would be so much better about exercising if I had one.
-
My HRM calculates that I burn much more than what MFP says I do. Definitely helpful when figuring out how many calories I should consume!
-
I walked for 65 minutes at a 4.0mph pace.

I'm Shannon, mommy to a 4 yr old. I divorced her dad last year; he was an alcoholic and abusive. Having gone through a terrible time sparked my desire to get healthy again. I've since moved myself and daughter across the country back home to MN, moved again to pursue better job opportunities and independence, and met my…

I don't have a lot of motivation to exercise, so I watch my carbs and try to do at home workout videos. I wish I had a treadmill or gym membership though! I'd only be able to go to the gym on Saturdays and Sundays due to no sitter, so I can't justify the cost. My daughter will work out with me at night while I'm doing it.…

I'm still working off the 5lbs I gained last weekend. Hopefully tomorrow or the next day I'll be there..it's really discouraging!

I bought test strips in the diabetic section of Walmart. Supposedly they aren't accurate detecting the amount of ketones in your system, but if the strip changes at all; you're in. I do notice my breath in the morning when I wake up much raunchier than normal, and I'm very thirsty. It took me 7 days to get back in w/out…

Congratulations! You look great! I absolutely love your last outfit
