Yep! If you ground them yourself make sure you process them really well, otherwise the texture of the MIM isn't ideal. I added sugar free chocolate chips and sugar free chocolate fudge frosting to my cocoa MIM, holy cow that fixes a chocolate craving! Yum. I'm going to add chopped walnuts next time.

The only stretch marks I got from growing was on my knees. This is odd to me! I remember having the worst growing pains in my feet and legs at an early age. I hope my daughter doesn't have to deal with that! Now pregnancy on the other hand riddled me in stretch marks from 2 inches above my belly button down to mid calves.…

Good for you! What killed me was when I'd come back in from outside she'd be pretend smoking on a straw! She didn't understand how bad it was, so it really is best to say goodbye forever. Good luck, it gets easier!

When I see other tall women I wonder, "Is she taller than me? I wonder how much she weighs? Yay I'm not the tallest person here!" Things like that. :tongue: It doesn't happen very often though.

I found mine in the health food section of Hy Vee. I don't usually shop there so I was very pleased to find it and under $5.00. I definitely like regular peanut butter better, but for as much as I eat it, it's a great alternative. :smile:

I didn't want to restrict too much, so after a month long hiatus from dieting to focus on quitting smoking, it took me two weeks to get back into ketosis. I was also up 9lbs! Now up 4. I definitely find losing weight easier this way. I also feel much better!

Maybe you'd benefit from an e cigarette? Cold turkey isn't for everyone. And you can't be successful unless you want this for yourself. For me, I knew it was time and although I miss it, I'm much better off. My health is most important, and it is nice to have all this extra money!
