I would say I average about 6. Sometimes less, rarely more. I wake up a couple times throughout the night...but i usually go right back to sleep. Still sucks to be a clock watcher!!!

Sleep is actually when I need medication..or right before so i can actually sleep ( i start to worry when i head to bed and get kept up thinking). Usually my best relief is hard core cardio work out. And Ativan. Just sayin'

I am in the same situation. Workign out like crazy...but dont REALLY know how many calories or what is in my food! So, ive started eated half of whatever I put on my plate. i lost 2 lbs this week doing that. Here's to hoping it works again this week!

Actually you dont weight less because of low blood circulation lol....you weigh less because you havent eaten in hours and your body has processed your food and usually they recommend you void before you weigh too to excrete any excess fluids and wastes :)

I have one 10 oz cup of coffee a day and that is it. I did try my regular coffee last time I worked the 12 hour shift and had to go to class ...and it did nothing! :( Well I am glad it seems to have worked for most of you!! I am going to start with half the bottle and see how that goes and then go from there!

Actually, since she weighs that much ,it isnt uncommon for her to drop that much weight the first few weeks. A lot of it is probably water weight too. But, with how much she weighs she should increase her intake just for health reasons. But sometimes they have to figure it out on their own, especially if they are the type…

yeah, dont fret over day to day gains and losses. I would just weigh once a week, in the morning, naked, before you eat, after you void :)
