Night shift...and counting calories from when to when?
I work night shift, and I am wondering when it is best to count my calories? From when I wake up at 4pm to when I go to bed at 8am? A couple of the days I have to go to school from 12-430pm so I usually have a snack in there...and i just get confused as to what day to put everything into! Any advice?

Weight gain after going off of diuretic for high blood press
Anyone else ever gain weight after going off of their diuretic (water pill) taken for high blood pressure? I just went off this week and this week has been an amazing work out week and i have been eating very well. But it says I gained 2 pounds! Boooo

Beta blocker hindering weight loss?
I am taking 10mg of a beta blocker for high blood pressure. I have many people telling me this will hinder my weight loss since it slows my heart rate down as well. I weigh 250 lbs and this thing says that for 25 mins on the eliptical that I will burn about 425 calories...that seems EXCESSIVE. My New HRM is reading my resting HR WAY HIGH and it's not
I just bought a New Balance N4 HRM for women. I have it all set up, and i put the chest strap on (it appears to be accurately) and it is saying my resting hr is 216. I am taking my HR now and it is 78. I got up walked around to see if it would change up but it isnt....any ideas on fixes or do i have a bad HRM?
