I see people adding interval training and C25K for their exercises...I would like to add that but I am searching for it and it doesn't come up. Is everyone just adding it themselves? if so, how do you do that?

For me I am adding it and using the time and calories based off my Polar Heart Rate Monitor. there is no C25K on the database because everyone is different and it is a mix of jogging and walking. you can if you want to figure out cals for walking and for jogging based on what the database has and add together.
When you put in C25K or other exercise the database doensnt have it asks you if you want toadd- then you name it and input cals and time.

When you search and then it doesn't come up, you then click the add a new exercise button. You would need to enter your calorie burned from an HRM or machine.0
