Could milk products be the culprit of my infection? let me know what you think! shelleyrhae.blogspot.com (this blog isnt MFP related, just a website). You'll want to read my previous blog about my recent sickness to incorporate my milk product theory. Thanks!

Definitely! Milk allergy is one of the most frequent causes of respiratory illness - not to mention gas and bloating! I would try a milk elimination diet for a couple of weeks or a month and then add it back. You might be surprised at how bad you feel when you add it back - I know I was!! The good new is that there are quite a few acceptable replacements for cow's milk products made with soy, rice, almond... They may taste "different" at first, but you'll get used to them and may even prefer them. Even my finicky husband won't eat real cheese slices any more!0

Use the food diary and get a second one, where you record, if you are showing any symptoms, it's the fasted way to find out if you have a food intolerance. And yes, it could be dairy giving you trouble0
