Calories in BEEF PHO FROM RESTAURANT

I see all sorts of different calorie counts for Beef Pho....i am looking for what a small bowl (at a restaurant, so typically those are pretty big anyway)...would be??? Ideas???

I honestly don't think it's very high considering the size, but the sodium is probably through the roof!!

Try another site for more ideas, like calorie king our livestrong...i know it's more than we want it to be. Lol0

It is hard to gauge in those bowls how much is really "1.5 cups"0

Try looking up the ingedients seperately!
Beef broth, (ox tail)
Vermecilli noodles
Whichever meat you get
and all the fixings you put in!0
