Sounds like a bunch of games to me. And unfortunately, men think with their head below their belt usually. There are def guys who do not fall under this category but many will do whatever it takes to get it in.

#1 Swimming is one of the best options for people who are morbidly obese or just obese- there is no impact and therefore it allows your joints to be weight free. #2 swimming burns TONS of calories. And as you know, its all a number game pretty much. More calories burned to those consumed = weight loss.

Find something tha tyou really like to do, that is active, to keep you in shape to be able to do that year round. Some people do 5k's, others do triathlons, some people play on a rec soccer league...whatever it may be...do it.

You always lose a lot your first week, second week numbers arent that high (don't you watch biggest loser?? Hello!! :)) JK!) Anyway, I suggest just going with body bugg for now. Just see what happens. Sometimes, consuming too few calories, can actually hinder your weight loss (especially in the long run!)

I did WW for a while. Worked for me with the old points system but the new points system has free fruit and most veggies. It kills me becuase I love fruit so it just wasnt the right choice for me
