I used to log on here every day, but for the past like week or two I've fallen off track logging here. But that doesn't mean I don't have an eating plan? Lol. And besides, you don't need a plan to know you've gone too far when you eat a 750 calorie sandwich, 380 calorie fries, and a sweet tea for dinner. Ha.

I'd suggest trying out Erin Motz's 30 Day Yoga Challenge on Youtube. Some of her days are a little more geared toward intermediate/advanced Yogis but she always gives modifications to her moves. It's easy to follow, each session is 10-20 minutes, and being that it's a 30 day challenge definitely adds a little motivation.…

Shiva Rea has a wonderful yoga collection, but there are a ton of free yoga videos on youtube. Try some from Psychetruthe or Yoga With Adrienne. Or if you're new to yoga and want something easy to follow, you should try out the 30 Day Yoga Challenge wtih Erin Motz!

There's no way to actually spot reduce or "lose fat fast". But I'd suggest maintaining a decent calorie deficit and maybe try out Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred?

The last time I went to a chinese buffet, I logged what I was going to eat the night before. And to my surprise, I didn't even eat as much as I had planned. Also, get water with your meal rather than a soda. It made me feel better about binging on chinese haha.

I'm 5'5, 172 lbs, I wear a medium-large shirt, size 12 pants. Before I had my son, I was about 155lbs, wore size 9 pants, medium-large shirt.
