Low calorie/diet chips and/crackers?
Could anyone recommend me any chips or crackers that are really low in calories? Chips and salsa, and crackers with hummus are two of my biggest weaknesses, and they wouldn't hinder me so much if I had a lower calorie alternative to tortilla chips and crackers.

Can you really do stretches to lengthen and make your muscles appear more "long and lean" like the ideal "dancer'a body", as opposed to a slightly bulkier/athletic body shape? Just wondering.

Is there a certain time frame you have to burn excess calories before they are stored as fat?

I'm curious if anyone has ever used Mederma or Dr. Sheffields Scar Gel for stretch marks? Did it work/help and how long did it take? I have some Dr. Sheffield's Scar Gel but it's seems a little unrealistic at 88 cents per tube. But Mederma is expensive, and I'd like some feed back before spending so much money on it.…

Burning calories at rest
I don't have a HRM so I can't use one to find out how many calories I burn while resting. Is there any other way to find out? Is there a "general" idea of how many calories you burn at rest?

Squats and lunges.
Whenever I do squats and lunges, and other supposed-to-be glute workouts, I only feel the burn in my quads rather than in my glute or hamstrings. Any tips or ideas of what I'm possibly doing wrong? Note: I try very hard to make sure I put the weight in my heels as I'm usually instructed to do so.

So I have MFP set to 1200 calories a day- but when I stick to it I feel like I'm starving myself. I'm 20 years old, 5'5 175lbs. What's a more reasonable calorie limit to still lose weight?
