I'm looking to become more flexible, I seriously can't even touch my toes. I need tips, advice, ideas?

Yoga is great for flexibility. I do it a couple of times a week myself, and I think it's great for preventing injuries.
You can also just do a stretch routine. I think p90x had a good one, but I'm sure there must be tons of them out there on YouTube and other places.
IIRC, it's pretty much the more often the better (within reason, I mean-- like six days/week), but you'll get significantly more flexible over time even if you only do it once or twice a week.0 -
Flexibility is one of the health and fitness modalities that is most often overlooked (along with balance). Yoga is a good approach, but pretty much any stretching routine will help. I've been working with Indian Clubs to work on my shoulder and arm flexibility.0
