BCAA powder

If I were to use a BCAA supplement, would it be something I'd want to use before or after a workout? Or does it not matter?

    If you're training fasted then before has shown to be beneficial. If your overall protein intake is sufficient then the benefits will be trivial.

    I have been using BCAA powder before and during my workouts for over a year. It is one component of proper workout nutrition, especially if you are trying to gain strength. It increases your endurance and gives you that extra push. I do not use the one with any caffeine. My post-workout includes a 4 phase time released protein powder drink within 20 minutes of strength training (weights!). Good luck.
