Yes try and eat what is allocated to you or you will have a day like I did yesterday. STARVING. I could have eaten anything in sight. I was famished. I ate more and exercised more but tried to stay with healthy choices. Your body will tell you when it is starved and if you don't keep up that amount, you won't lose as fast.…

I have 50 pounds to lose but would love to be your fitness pal. I agree this menopause is definitely a lot harder and fat deposits in different places. Very discouraging. Hang in there, we will do this together.

Everyone has one of those days. Keep trying I am new to this. Day 1 on fitness Pals. A lifetime of dieting and still struggling. Hope I can achieve a healthy weight .
