What should I do?? Help!

So I want to eat but is it ok to eat the allotted food calorie intake prescribed? Or less of those calories? For example: 1600 calories should I eat those or less to lose weight like 1400/1500?

Enter your information into MFP. Select sedentary as your activity level. Select the amount you want to lose each week.
MFP will give you a maximum number of calories you can consume to make that goal happen.
Eat those calories. Just don't go over.0 -
It is okay to be under calorie goals. MFP will let you know if you are eating to few calories. Just make sure your calorie deficits are not leaving you too far under your goals for protein or fat.0

Eat the calories MFP gives you. You don't get bonus points for eating less. The deficit that will get you to your goal is built into the calories MFP gave you, so there is no reason to eat less than you need to.
Having said that, sometimes you might go a little over and sometimes you might be a little short, as long as it all evens out in the end.1 -

I'd recommend eating the calories it has assigned you. So if it says 1300 calories - try to eat that.
As for the extra calories you may earn from exercise, that's up to you. Some eat them all, some half, some do on some weeks and not on others...

Yes try and eat what is allocated to you or you will have a day like I did yesterday. STARVING. I could have eaten anything in sight. I was famished. I ate more and exercised more but tried to stay with healthy choices. Your body will tell you when it is starved and if you don't keep up that amount, you won't lose as fast. you don't want to go into starvation mode as it burns calories slower. Hang in there.0
