I try not to cheat at all. I haven't all week. The hardest time for me is during the weekends. My fiancé usually wants to go out to dinner or lunch and I find it sooo hard to resist. Plus I live in Daytona and it's Biktoberfest this weekend and we are going out tomorrow night.....let's see if I can NOT cheat!!

If you are doing strict Induction then no they are not allowed. However everyone is different and eating a few may not stall your weigh loss.

I am not totally sure but I have not heard of anyone heaving blood pressure issues while on low carb. I've heard cholesterol levels are even better also. So it may not have to do with eating low carb. Did you ask your Dr if there could be a connection?

I am going to start low carb again. I've done low calorie for about a year now but have gained weight back. I did low carb years ago and had a lot of success. Carbs bloat me and make me crave them and sugar even more. So I'm going to try and start again....doing 20-25 per day. Thanks for posting this and good luck :-)

I have been on Lexapro and Celexa....hated both. Gained weight,made me moody and affected my sex life! I've been on Welbutrin for about a year now. I love it. I didn't gain weight and it helped my anxiety a lot.

I agree......I cook with it,drink it.......everything I'd do with cow's milk...... and my 7 year old can't tell the difference in his cereal. I haven't bought regular milk in months. And nothing against drinking animal milk.....to me it just tastes better, is lower in calories and has more calcium!

This!!! I love SILK Almond Milk it's thick and creamy and has more calcium than regular milk! Mmmmmm
