Same as some of you, vodka with club soda and lime. Or a dry white wine. I know they have some sugar and more calories than the clear liquors and club soda, so I am learning to slowly cut down on the wine.

This is where I go to get my husband stuff like this for his stocking. He loves all the different flavor specialty cheeses and sausages and hot sauces too! He isn't even LC but still loves these.

Oh my....that chicken sounds amazing! I am going to try that! I am making a low carb chicken pot pie tomorrow for my non-low carb family. Going to have my son help me. I find when he helps he is more prone to actually eat the food! Good luck with your dinner.....I am sure they will love it!

Awww you have a Lilly too! What breed is she? I think I am going to switch my puppies to grain free food. What brand do you buy? I don't know why I would be nervous about feeding them raw meat...they are carnivores! lol Maybe I will see how they do on some as a treat once or twice per week.

Blue Buffalo is a good brand. I buy the Nutro (Green bag) Lamb and Rice...so mine aren't Keto but both those brands are good quality and made with limited ingredients. They also get chicken, steak and pork scraps from our dinner :smile:

I just started back to carnivore...meatavore...whatever you want to call it. I am just doing it for 3-4 days to start so I don't overwhelm myself. I am trying to go ZC or as low as possible. My short term goals for now are eat 3-4 days meat and fat only. Walk every night. Lose 10lbs vs the entire 30lbs I want to lose. Drink more water. Get down one pant size from 10/12 to 8/10
