The generic ones make the best chocolate marchmallow cereal treats!

If you are having a hard time eating "clean," then have some small portions (or just a true portion) of those "dirty" foods. And don't buy in to marketing buzz words.

Pic or it didn't happen

I wouldn't say they are connected based on this one time. Some days I'm just not hungry, especially in this heat.

I am dying from my desk at your profile pic, I've been laughing about fat horse since I saw it on a blog with a poorly made cookie. I'm pretty sure my coworkers think I finally lost it.

I thought this was going to be one of those "how do magnets work" questions. Agree with Ready2Rock, just track the individual ingredients.

Depends on the type of fruit, apples and bananas will start to brown quickly but I toss mine in lemon juice to slow that down. I notice jucier fruits like peaches and strawberries will start to give off their liquid, and they kind of "dress" the fruit salad. I have cut mine around 7 am and it's still good about 12-1, just…

Crustless quiches in a muffin pan are so tasty. They are basically a dumping ground for whatever leftovers I need to use up. Especially after fajita night.

I want one now! Might have to try to work it in to my calories tomorrow

I will also do overnight oatmeal in jars or whatever other small container, and I just microwave it the next morning. The kids can add in their own extras to keep it from getting boring.

I like the little packages of nuts up at the registers, sometimes they have sweet ones that would probably be good with your drink. They used to have some really good spicy ones but I haven't seen them in forever. The cake pops are pretty good, the chocolate one is really dense and rich but it's 140 calories.

Do you grow your own food at all?

Looks like you have a Big Lots in your area, they have pretty heavily discounted canned goods. You just have to check the expiration dates.

Are there any assistance programs where you are? That would be a good place to start. I'm not sure what kind of grocery stores you have near you but I have found places with bulk bins can be pretty cheap. Things like dried beans and lentils can me made into soups. Cooking cheaper cuts of meat in the crock pot can make them…

It depends on what I am using it for. In smoothies, PB2 since it works better in my blender bottle with my protein powder. But if I'm eating a sandwich or something it's got to be the real stuff.

Pardon me, but do you have any Grey Poupon?

Chicken, carrots and eggs.

You don't have to have the biggest budget to cook, and most of that premade stuff has a much higher cost per serving. There are tons of recipes on Pinterest for slow cookers, and those can be some of the most economical meals. And you control what goes in to them, so you can be sure you are eating "clean," according to…

One of my friends mixes a little cocoa powder with some powdered sugar and it sticks to it really well. Bar sugar will probably work as well, I think that's the same thing as superfine.

I see this with fruit that is packaged in a clamshell, like berries. Those six ounce containers usually have closer to 8 ounces and that can add up if you are eating them consistenly.

I just call them delicious and work them into my calories

I'm not understanding the point of this, did you mean to post this to Instagram?

I can only handle it in small doses, as with dairy. I'll eat soy sauce a couple times per month with sushi, but that's it. I limit cheeses, switched from soy to almond milk. I also get the huge, painful flare ups of cystic acne when I over indulge and it's just not worth it to me.

I find at least 25 helps things move along for me, but I usually go over. I eat lots of green smoothies, fruits and use Benefiber in my tea.

Not a big dressing person, I actually like dry salad. But if I am going to have dressing, this is the one I make: 8.00 Tbsp Olive Oil 3.00 tsp (5 g), Dijon Originale - Traditional Dijon Mustard 4.00 tbsp (15 g), Red Wine Vinegar 2.00 tsp, Garlic - Raw 1.00 tbsp chopped, Shallots - Raw Fresh ground black pepper This makes…

Chia seeds! I love the crunch

This is one of my triggers as well. Also, if I slip up and eat a ton of simple carbs like bread and crackers I get those deep, cystic pimples. OP, did you start all these changes at once? If so, you might have to start eliminating things one at a time to see what it is. But I personally would cut back on the fat, stop the…

I use jarred marinara sometimes, when I don't have homemade in the freezer. I like to jazz it up with mushrooms and zucchini, which is actually what I am doing tonight. If you don't have any dietary restrictions, just read the labels and make sure it fits into your calories. Aside from that, I don't really buy jarred…

I put Benefiber in my hot beverages. Two teaspoons is only 15 calories.

Homemade garlic shallot vinegrette with lots of black pepper. It packs a punch so I only need to use about a tablespoon. Bad thing is, I can't bring it to work because it will stink up the place.
