Ok, just so I've got my head around this... My diary shows a total of 29g carbs and 15g of fiber for the day. So technically I'm only on 14g Net carbs?

Same! Been on Keto diet for 3 days now and I'm already feeling a difference (as well as getting the first symptoms of ketosis!) I found http://www.ruled.me to be an awesome resource, as well as the Keto subreddits out there too.

I'm 4ft11 and currently 130lbs, been on slimming world since November and only lost 8lbs in 3 months! Ive now been following the Ketogenic diet and, oh my, I've already feeling the difference. Can hardly wait until my wiegh day! so worth it, especially if you have hit a wall with your current diet.

I've used nike+ for well over a year now and i love seeing my progress. I also got the polar wearlink HRM which also links up to my nike+ wristwatch (i hate ipods) and so i can monitor my heart rate for any exercise and get a more accurate calorie count. check out the website http://nikerunning.nike.com
