No that isnt normal at all, you could be sick or have food poisoning but that shouldnt be happening

Agreed either you need to eat more during the day or you just need to control the cravings. Its not easy but sometimes the only thing you can do is resist and control those cravings. If you want the weight loss bad enough you will do it. Also try going to sleep earlier that way you dont have time to binge.

It took me a long time to get used to the idea, but after I made the switch I finally lost the last few pounds and im happier eating more then I ever have

I would suggest adding about 100-200 calories per day. You should see the scale moving in about a week. Works every time. the sodium will only lower your water retention.
-
I would increase the calories by 100 or 200, in a week or so you should see the scale dropping pretty quickly. Works every single time.
-
Nope ab work is fine if you still have weight to lose. The only thing is it will not lead to a 6 pack until you lose the weight, a common misunderstanding it when people only to ab work and expect a 6 pack. go ahead and get started! you got this!

I would actually say 1lb per week it a little too much, try to shoot for about .5 to .75lbs for even less fat gain, the average man can only gain about 2-3lbs of muscle per week, not counting steriods
-
My legs are about even but there is definitely a difference in my right and left arms, its a pretty common situation. nothing to worry about
-
For sure! I alternate a 5-6 day schedule and only hit one muscle group on that and have had HUGE gains in just 3 months. And the workouts are at most 45 minutes
-
Thats the sad problem with quest products is they are just so good there really hasnt been any good competition for them yet

Typicaly 1600-1800 calories per day is a great number starting out for women, it is a healthy amount of food, and that should allow for a 1-2lb weight loss per week, just make sure you stay at 1600 or above whatever you do.
-
What I do and what I recommend to people is to eat at a calorie level that allows you to drop 1-2 lbs/week. This assumes an average calorie burn from you getting in all of your workouts. This will be different for everyone, so you'll have to do some trial and error to figure it out. I'd start ~2200 cal/day. Hit this goal,…

Hey I have completed the program and got great results! Im not doing it this round but I am friends with a bunch of people that started it yesterday if your interested
-
Thats the attitude! you got this
-
great!
-
Im not really sure what your asking for but im 19 and am at my goal weight, not a vegan but I can still help you reach your goals. 10 lbs by new years is great and you can absolutely achieve that!
-
^yes. the best way to do this is with people who can help you figure out how to change your lifestyle to lose weight and stay fit forever instead of doing a program that the second its over you start to gain again
-
I would say p90 would do a better job at easing you into the workouts but above is correct, it really comes down to which trainer you prefer. Some people prefer Chalene I personally prefer Tonys motivation and cheesy humor
-
Yeah for one you shouldnt be throwing yourself into plan position your arms should be absorbing the shock, but it is probably a flexibility issue. I had the same problem for alittle bit and it went away after a few weeks of forearm and finger stretches.
-
Stick to whole foods, Its pretty easy if you have one meal prep day at the beginning of the week and cook your meals for the week then
-
the package should say cooked or uncooked, if it doesnt state which one than weigh it uncooked
-
There is absolutely nothing wrong with late night snacking, in fact your resting metabolic rate is typically higher when you sleep, just make sure all your food fits into your daily allowance and you should be fine, keep up the great work
-
Fish especially tuna, and yogurt would be your 2 best option, all of the options above are great but most have more grams of fat then protein.
-
If your losing pounds its most likely fat. If you arent fitting into your skinny jeans it cold be from mild bloating due to your change in diet, give it some more time and you should be alright
-
If you are going to add weights while doing t25 I would suggest only doing a few lifts each day, something that will keep your muscles working and getting the lifting benefits but without overtraining. The more compound the lift the better.
-
I try to stick to whole foods, or food with 1 or 2 ingredients but you can eat almost anything just make sure it fits into your calories and macros. I can help you get started if youd like
-
I went through the same thing. I used to love chips ahoy cookies and I tried them about a month ago and I was disgusted by the results. it tasted like burnt dough and splenda and I couldnt eat another. Our tastes change when we change.
-
If you already have p90x why not do the whole program? Ab ripper was not ment to be done by itself and the basic rule of abs is they are made in the kitchen first. In other words diet effects 95% of achieving abs.
-
It all pretty much comes off in different rates depending on the person. Just stick with it and youll see the results you want. Keep up the great work
-
I wouldnt recommend the diet, 5, 2 means you have to fast and isnt much fun if you ask me. I would suggest just sticking to the program and looking for support whenever you feel a moment of weakness. Or incorporating healthy sweet alternatives like I do it gets rid of the cravings without ruining the day
