thank you for the info, have to do more searching because I still do not understand why i am always in a negative adjustment. can it be to do with height and heart rate.....i am very short and low heart rate.....i dont get it but again thank-you for trying.....

so say i have not done much at all today and only 823 steps so far and my sister is at 752 steps my adjustment is -138 and her excersie is at 105.....both set at the same activity level

ok thank you both, I have my activity level set at the least amount....because I do not eat my calories back anyways. I just want to make sure i understand it all.....thank you so much

thank you but i really do not like the jellos but i do eat the sugar free puddings they are great just gets borring at times....lol....i will keep searching

I am 44 and need to lose more the 75, I already have lost 39.4 on weight watchers. But was sick of paying just to use there app and weigh in weekly. So I am trying this but scares me to change from points to calories hope I don't screw it up. Feel free to add me, I will add you as soon as I figure out how to lol
