a negative adjustment
I have tried to understand this negative adjustment but it just does not make sense to me....I am set at sedentary on MFP and I am in the negative all day enless i get my 5000 steps in pretty well. can someone explain this to me? or am i doing something wrong?

Has anyone on MFP changed from Weight Watchers!!
I have change the way I am tracking my food from Smart Points to Calories. When on WW i never ate my weekly points and the program is now set to not eating any exercise points back.....so when I did do the break down i was NETTING under the 1000 calories(or close to it)......and now everyone on MFP says dont do that. calories burned went down in the day
I dont get this, I did 5061 steps today so far and it says burned 130 calories.....13 activities point and I just walked over to the fridge and started getting out stuff for supper and my calories burned went down to 126....wth.....i use a fit fitbit charge 2 and I already did the reset but it is accurate this is strange…

Diabetic ... low calorie treats.
I am new to MFP .....I have over 75lbs to lose but I still want some kind of treat.....I loved fuzzy peaches and berries, they are low fat but high in sugar. Anyone have an ideas for me?
