When MFP reads your Fitbit sync, it estimates the total number of calories you'll burn for the entire day. After that first sync you mentioned, it estimated that if you kept moving at the same rate, you would burn 130 calories over your maintenance, so it gave you a 130 calorie adjustment. The next time it synced you hadn't moved quite as much, so it expected that you'll burn four calories less than before.

Are you referring to the calorie adjustment when synced with MFP if so it's most likely down to negative adjustments based on the activity level you have it set to.

For example I have MFP activity level set to Lightly Active, so it expects around 8000 steps minimum per day from my non-exercise activity. When you have negative adjustments enabled it forecasts the hourly level of activity for that setting. If l only got 4000 steps in by 3pm it will think I'm less active than my Lightly active setting and adjust my calorie goal accordingly. This can be particularly helpful in stopping you overeating on a less active day.
