Lindt 70% cocoa bar is great and very low on sugar... also Dove dark chocolate I like because it has only a few ingredients and is delicious! I think you can have a little chocolate every day, and enjoy it! I will say that when I cut sugar completely from my diet, after a few days the sugar cravings go away... thats a fact!
