Just curious, what do you guys consider a regular size? I know what size I would like to be, but I honestly don't know what size is considered regular. At my highest I was a 12 & XL, now a size 8 is baggy on me.

I started with 3lb weights and struggled with some of the moves (like the side lunges in level 1) because the weight was too heavy for me. Now I'm on my second round/month of the 30ds and 3lbs feel paper light to me, so I've moved up to 5lb weights. I think I'll invest in 7 or 8lb weights next month.

I weigh once a week, but naked, Sunday mornings. I get so excited on my weigh in day, I wake up extra early, jump out of bed strip off my clothes, and hop on the scale. Then I crawl back into bed and go to sleep. As long as I don't gain and I know I had a good week as far as diet and exercise go, I'm happy. I also pull out…
