It sounds like you're not eating nearly enough and lowered your calories too quickly. You should rethink your current intake of 1200 calories per day and try for something more sustainable.

:laugh: @OP: I drink diet pop because I enjoy it and can't stand the taste of regular pop. It works for me and doesn't cause me to crave sweets more. If you want to drink regular pop then just account for the calories in your food diary like you would anything else.

What has helped me with bloating is tea with ginger root or ginger root capsules.
