It really is all about what you eat. You need to do a better job of eating clean whole foods. Your food is what fuels your body. So put the highest quality of food in it that you can. Cut out all of the processed things that you're eating. I promise that you'll be able to eat more calories and still lose weight.

Wow, I agree with myprogress2010 completely. I looked over your food diary and you really need to eat more calories. Your body will never let go of the fat if you don't increase your fuel. The Arc Trainer that I use at my gym calulates the calories burned. I added it to my cardio exercises and alway just put in what the machine tells me I burned for the workout.
