I started on May 2nd this year and I have lost 54 pounds in that time - (3 1/2 months) I still have alot more to lose, It's 54kgs to my healthy weight, I think thats about 120 pounds. I don't do cheating but I have planned treats where I allow myself to go over my calories for the day but only if I have saved some from previous days. This way I don't feel deprived but I'm not getting off track. Having full on cheat days turns into a downward spiral for me.

I love having a snack at night, eating at night was always my downfall but that was because of what I was eating. I usually have a snack every night not long before bed and have had good weight losses every week.

I so know how you feel! You are doing really great though. Have you thought about doing mini goals that are not so weight related? Like running a mile (or whatever your exercise of choice is) Or you could get a mini makeover to make you feel great as you are now

I love coke zero. I used to drink minimum of a litre a day but have now cut back to having a glass or two a week. I do drink lots of water though but it's nice to have a sweet drink without the calories once in a while
