i usually gain 3-5 lbs the week before my period mainly from water and carbo-loading. then during my period i end up losing it.

my expensive things i take to a tailor and have altered to fit my new body. i donate all my other clothes.

If it has calories in it like soda, milk, juice etc I do.... Things like water, unsweetened tea and black coffee I do not.

ive seen zucchini used instead of pasta in lasagna...it was so delicious! theres also spaghetti squash.

have you tried dry shampoo? it goes on kinda like hairspray and soaks all the extra sweat up, even baby powder will do! i like to use it post work out to try to save my blow out. cardio cardio cardio! it really is the only way to get rid of fat, but to tone the muscles (which wont get rid of the fat but tone the muscle fibers) i do leg lifts

i love mixing racotta with some stevia/splenda and cocoa powder! it makes a sort of chocolate mousse. Its extra delicious with some raspberries on top and a little cool whip

thats exactly the same for me! i was about 156 at my highest and people said i weighed around 130...and now that i am 130, people say i am 130! LOL!

haha generally people are right on for me! when i was heavier people said that i looked a lot lighter because i "carried myself well" but now that i am a little lighter people are generally correct with there guesses

i love to eat Kellogg's Product 19. Its a cereal, just a regular corn flake... but its fortified with 100% of your daily iron, vitamin c, folic acid and vitamin e! its great :)

i eat them all the time! They definitely look weird and they smell fishy when you open them. I put them in a strainer and rinse them with cold water for a minute or so. I then dry them off with paper towels and just microwave them with some pasta sauce for 3 minutes when i have a killer pasta craving!

Mexican is hard because it really can trip you up so easily. There is a lot of hidden bad things... I wold get the Southwest Salad without the corn salsa or crispy strips and the dressing on the side.
