Has anyone had ThinSlim foods? I really want to find out how they taste or where I can find them...The only place that I could find is online... But everything is so low cal and low carb! a full sized bagel, like...not diet sized... is 50 calories! I just need to try them!

Does Aunt Flo Still Effect Your Weight When On the Pill?
Sorry for the girltalk... but i just gotta know! I have been gaining for the past 2 days without any drastic changes to my eating, I have started doing the 30 day shred, so I am thinking it might be muscle too... Oatmeal and Shiritaki Miracle rice?
So, I am always looking for ways to seriously increase the size of my oatmeal... has anyone tried miracle rice? the 0 calorie rice made from fiber... over fat but under weight?
