Does anyone have a good Low Cal pancake recipe thats made with oatmeal and cottage cheese?

    Just had these this morning and had to kick it up a notch :) Added 1/3 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, a shake of cinnamon and a packet of stevia.......so good.........also topped with a dollop of yogurt and blueberries! Now this is a breakfast I can love:heart::love:

    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1/2 banana
    3 egg whites
    vanilla
    cinnamon


    put it in a blender, mix and pour onto a hot lightly sprayed pan or griddle

    flip when there are bubbles

    1/2 cup rolled oats - 150
    1/2 banana -50
    3 egg whites - 50
    vanilla -12
    cinnamon -6

    Total- 358 cals for 3 large pancakes

    119 cals a pancake :)

    This is kinda old, but I had to bump it up! I fell in love with these last summer but hadn't made them in awhile. I made mine this morning with...
    1/2 c oats
    1/2 c nonfat cottage cheese
    3/4 c liquid egg whites
    1 tsp, vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tbsp. ground flax (just for fun)
    Blitz in the blender for a bit and cook up like you normally do. It makes 4 pretty big pancakes. I'm stuffed with 2.
    C'mon! Just try it! You'll be pleasantly surprised and sticking to your "Eat clean in 2013" resolution!
