the only place I can find miracle rice is at a specialty food store in my area... They do have "shiritaki noodles" that are by House Foods at some supermarkets like stop and shop, whole foods etc..

i eat these scandinavian bran crisp things to help supplement it! one crisp (about the size of a gram cracker) is 12 cals and has 5g of fiber and 5g carbs. I also choose protein shakes that are high in fiber, like Fitsmart Fiber Shake

I love hot yoga, but unfortunately a lot of the weight lost in hot yoga is just water weight. It is GREAT as a supplement to any work out and works to tone your muscles and improve your overall health, but relying on hot yoga for weightloss isnt the best idea. I definitely would add more cardio.

Just rest and get healthy! I make sure that when I am sick I cut the carbs and increase the protein. I also LOAD up on fruits and veggies ad much as possible. I like...kick my diet into overdrive. Ive had mono for the past month and still have been losing.
