I have recently bought the Flirty Girl Fitness DVDs, has anyone tried them? Are they a good burn? Which ones best?

    It's a lot of muscle control, but there are better things to invest your money in. Chose zumba or something that is high energy!

    I just bought Turbo Jam. I haven't got it yet. I have seen Flirty Girl Fitness but.... well lets just say I am not comfortable with moving like that lol
