How Do I Log the 30 Day shred?

I just did my first JM 30 DS Level 1 work out today... how should I log it? I didnt wear my hrm.... :(

Im 120 lbs.

  • ive been logging it under circuit training until I get my HRM.

    It's considered circuit training, so in my exercise log, I just search "circuit training" and you get 2 results:

    Circuit training, general
    Curves circuit training

    Just choose the 1st one, and technically you've done 30 minutes. :)

    Good for you and good choice of a workout! I'm on my 9th day of Level 1!

    Yep, circuit training, around 230ish calories. :smile:

    I'm on day 7, level 1 and I also log it as circuit training.

    I do not have a HRM but a friend on mine has and she only burned 93 calories on it.

    I think logging it as general circuit training is WAY over estimating the burn.
  • There's many factors to consider here, like how heavy your friend is. The lighter/more fit she is, the less calories she will burn while doing it.

    Have you done it? I think everyone here who's done it will tell you there is no overestimating the burn, if you're doing it properly. :)
