How Do I Log the 30 Day shred?

I just did my first JM 30 DS Level 1 work out today... how should I log it? I didnt wear my hrm....

ive been logging it under circuit training until I get my HRM.0

Hey!
It's considered circuit training, so in my exercise log, I just search "circuit training" and you get 2 results:
Circuit training, general
Curves circuit training
Just choose the 1st one, and technically you've done 30 minutes.

I'm on day 7, level 1 and I also log it as circuit training.0

I do not have a HRM but a friend on mine has and she only burned 93 calories on it.
I think logging it as general circuit training is WAY over estimating the burn.0 -
There's many factors to consider here, like how heavy your friend is. The lighter/more fit she is, the less calories she will burn while doing it.
Have you done it? I think everyone here who's done it will tell you there is no overestimating the burn, if you're doing it properly.0
