If you are 6 feet tall and 123 pounds, your BMI is 16.7... anything under 18.5 is considered underweight. Of course, BMI is a universal scale and everyone is different, but 16.7 is pretty ridiculous. Hello and Happy New Year! :) Anyone can feel free to add me, I'm on here almost every day. My goal (a little longer than 2 weeks) is to be at or near 120 by the first week of February... It's kind of an extreme goal, but pushing for the extreme helps me land in a nice place... 123 would be great. :)

I don't have a cheat day... If I feel like I'm going to die if I don't have ice cream, I have some... in moderation. If I want every junk food on the planet, I'll limit it down to one or two treats and stuff myself with greens and nuts. For me, the key is moderation, always. You can have ice cream...just not the whole tub.

I made an excel sheet... I have the date, goal weight, actual weight, total weight loss, and week #. I am following a diet and exercise routine that should allow me to lose 1 lb / week. If I keep working hard and on the path to my goal, I'll maintain a weight loss of 1 lb/week. So I'm hoping to be around 123 lbs by Christmastime. By the end of January, I want to be able to run a mile under 7.5 minutes.
