I exercise daily but struggle to eat healthy i try, and i try again .... and then again LOL but i love chocolate sooooooo much!! I dont record my weights because its hard to find the right exercises in the data base from my phone but i weight train daily... Right now im doing Jamie Eason add me if ya could do with a new friend!!

I mostly do cardio workouts, but I really want to start weight training. I just have so little muscle strength and coordination that I don't know where to start, aha. Aand I also adore chocolate - I'm pretty sure half my diary today is chocolate...but I have no regrets! All we have to do is behave 95% of the time0

Weight training is a good idea, but I focus more on cardio. I also swim 5 times a week (unless I'm working out of town) which is great for maintaining already existing muscle mass.0
