hi intensity interval training, and CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO is what you need in terms of exercise. what matters just as much, if not it matters just a little bit more than the exercises is WHAT you eat.

intense Jump rope, squats, lunges, leg raises, sit ups. try doing pull ups and push ups. even if you get only 1 pull up and 1 push up the first day, you would be able to do 2 the next day, or day after that. you gotta start somewhere. dont lift weights. do high intensity interval exercises and you will burn fat and gain muscle much more efficiently than weights, machines, and gyms could ever help you with. But that means you'll have to push yourself harder and be more motivated.

just jump rope in your home for 45 min. way more efficient than any gym. its good that you left a gym because machines and COMPLETELY useless for your body. just jump rope a bit, do push ups, squats, and pull ups and fix what you put in your mouth and you will see better results than anyone ever has from walking into a gym.
