I never get tired of this one. It is my version of a Mean Mocha from Booster juice. 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder 1/2 frozen vanilla yogurt (chapmans is delicious) 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tablespoons instant coffee Thats it. Blend and enjoy. About 260 calories

I love the treadmill. It is way nicer on my joints and i love that i can zone out and daydream or read or watch TV while i work out. I run outsdie in the summer, but usually only if i have a race comming up and have to get my knees used to pavement. I love it. I invested in one and have never looked back.
