I'm a little confused. If you want to be eating more carbs, just eat carbs and less protein...? It's possible that if you're cutting calories, you actually don't have enough energy... But probably, you're just sabotaging yourself before you even get started. It's all in your head. You deserve to look and feel great. You just have to do it. If losing weight was easy, everyone would look hot!

Canned tuna, tilapia, chicken breast, and lean ground beef are great options. Also, non-fat plain Greek yogurt is roughly 120 calories with over 20 grams of protein. I also use protein powder. Cytosport Complete Cocoa Bean. One scoop is 90 calories and 16 grams of protein. Good luck! :)
