This thread sounds great. I joined this site a year ago come this January and have lost 43 pounds so far and have been struggling to loose the last 15-20 pounds. I am 5'8 --- 167 pounds and would like to be 145-150 by March break. I actually wanted to be that by now but don't see that happening. So, I hope this thread…

I have not been consistent enough to find out either but I have lost my 2 pounds weekly that I entered in my settings. This is by eating with in my calories. I actually have at times lost more by excercising. Good look This is a great site.

I tried it this week at work. I work as an EA-SNS at a local school board and for beach day they brought in a local instructer to teach the kids. It was awesome. I didn't get to do the total work out because I was with the kids I work with but by doing it for 20 minutes I burned 160 calories.(I have a heart rate monitor…
