I would probably not calculate the calories as much as manually write down your food intake and just look at what you've eaten. If you stare at the calories you might depress yourself right now. So if you look at the food you can say, "well okay that was a lot of food but today i'll be good and log my calories" That way…

I wouldn't suggest bringing your own food. Just watch your portion sizes and estimate. I'm not sure what kind of meat they're serving but it's not too hard to look up the calories for a palm size of meat and a healthy amount of side items. :) Just watch portion sizes and enjoy. :)

I was busy one summer cleaning up and reorganizing the art room with a friend who encouraged me to go to fast food restaurants on our 10 minutes lunch breaks that we had and we'd bulk up on burgers....30 pounds in just a few months! Blahh! Fast food everyday was NOT a good thing
